PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to Chapter 40, Section 56 M.G.L. the Select Board will hold a public hearing Virtually on Monday, November 28, 2022 evening, at 7 PM or as soon thereafter as the agenda permits regarding property tax classification according to use class.

The Select Board must make a determination on the factor to be used among the classes of real property, residential, open space, commercial and industrial, and of personal property for the Fiscal Year 2023 tax rate.

Interested taxpayers may present written or oral comments on their views at the time of said Public Hearing.

If you are not able to attend or wish to submit comments or questions in advance of the hearing you may do so in writing via email or first class mail to be received on or before the close of business (4:00 p.m.) on the day of the hearing- to Michael Johns, Town Administrator, 29 Middle Road, Boxborough, MA 01791 or mjohns@boxborough-ma.gov.
