The Brains & Balance program can help prevent fallsfrom happening, help you stay mentally sharp and improve your balance. Discover how much fun balance training can be while you exercise your brain with specially designed “Train the Brain” drills. These drills are designed to improve your memory, reasoning, conceptualization, language and problem solving skills.THESE ARE VIRTUAL ONLY CLASSES HELD VIA ZOOM. THE INSTRUCTOR WILL EMAIL YOU A LINK TO CLASS EACH WEEK.If class is canceled, the instructor will notify participants by email as soon as possible. The session will be extended to make up for canceled classes. Must pay for full session even if you have a planned absence.A minimum of 8 Boxborough residents is required to run the class, which is limited to 15 participants.
